Scope of Application
Suitable for fixed installation, connection, and use in power circuits, household appliances, instruments, meters, telecommunications equipment, lighting circuits, and automated systems, with rated AC voltages of 450/750 V or lower. Also applicable as flexible connecting cords, installation cords, and shielded cables for applications subject to strong electromagnetic interference. These cables can be manufactured to meet specific environmental requirements.
Usage characteristics
1. Permissible operating temperature: The long-term permissible operating temperature for PVC-insulated cables shall not exceed 70°C.
2. The cable installation temperature shall not be lower than 0°C.
3. Minimum bending radius of cables: For cables with an outer diameter (D) less than 25 mm, the allowable bending radius shall be no less than 4 times the cable’s outer diameter; for cables with an outer diameter (D) of 25 mm or greater, the allowable bending radius shall be no less than 6 times the cable’s outer diameter.
4. Depending on the requirements of the application environment, flame-retardant (ZR), fire-resistant (NH), and cross-linked (YJ) versions of these cables can also be manufactured.
Product Features
The RVSP series builds on the RVS by adding an additional copper‑wire shielding braid, resulting in superior performance in reducing signal loss and mitigating external interference. However, this added shielding significantly increases the cost compared to the RVS series, making it well suited for applications with stringent signal‑integrity requirements.
