Low-voltage power cable
- Product Description
-
Product Description:
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables not only boast excellent electrical performance, mechanical strength, thermal aging resistance, environmental stress tolerance, and chemical corrosion resistance, but also feature a simple structure, ease of use, no limitations on installation height differences, and can operate continuously at high temperatures (up to 90°C) with large transmission capacities. Our cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable products include both flame-retardant and non-flame-retardant options across the entire product range.
Scope of application:
This product is designed for use in AC power lines with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV (with a maximum system voltage of 1.2 kV) to transmit electrical energy.
Application: Installed indoors, in cable trenches and conduits, or directly buried—suitable for fixed installations in industries such as metallurgy, power, and construction, where mechanical external forces cannot be applied.
Usage characteristics:
The rated voltage for power-frequency AC systems is 0.6/1 kV, and the maximum voltage used in AC systems should not exceed 1.2 kV.
Operating temperature: The cable conductor has a long-term maximum allowable operating temperature of 90°C. In the event of a short circuit, the conductor's maximum temperature can reach 250°C, but this condition must not exceed 5 seconds.
Ambient temperature: The minimum ambient temperature for cable operation is -10°C.
When installing and laying the temperature-sensing cable, the temperature should not fall below 0°C.
Recommended minimum bending radius: For single-core cables, the bending radius should not exceed 20D; for multi-core cables, it should be no more than 15D.
Scope of application:
The YJV cross-linked polyethylene-insulated, PVC-sheathed power cable can be installed indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and conduits—and it can even be buried directly in loose soil. The cable is designed to withstand moderate levels of tensile stress and pulling forces.
The YJV22 cross-linked polyethylene-insulated, steel-tape-armored, PVC-sheathed power cable is designed for installation indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and direct underground burial. The cable can withstand mechanical external forces but is not suitable for bearing significant tensile loads.
