Rigid Fire-Resistant Cable

BTTZ cables, known domestically as fire-resistant cables, have seen the company invest heavily in recent years to establish a dedicated production line capable of manufacturing magnesium oxide cables in significantly longer lengths—up to 1,000 meters per cable, compared to the traditional limit of 50–100 meters per cable. This breakthrough effectively addresses the common challenges posed by shorter cable lengths and numerous joints, such as increased installation complexity and higher costs. As a result, it substantially reduces project investment expenses for users, accelerates installation processes, and ensures reliable, stable operation of the products.

  • BTTZ Cable Domestically known as fire-resistant cables, the company has invested heavily in recent years to establish a specialized production line capable of manufacturing magnesium oxide cables (BTTZ) in continuous lengths—up to 1,000 meters per cable, compared to the traditional limit of just 50–100 meters per cable. This breakthrough effectively addresses the common drawbacks associated with shorter cable lengths and numerous joints, significantly reducing project investment costs for users, speeding up installation processes, and ensuring reliable, long-term performance of the products.

    BTTZ Cable Description:
BTTZ is a heavy-duty, fire-resistant cable with a copper core and copper sheath, featuring magnesium oxide insulation (also known as heavy-duty mineral-insulated cable). It consists of a seamless copper tube outer sheath, with magnesium oxide crystal powder tightly packed in the middle as the insulating material, and a conductor made from a single solid copper rod.

    BTTZ cable characteristics:
It features high-temperature resistance, fireproofing, explosion-proof capabilities, and non-combustibility (capable of continuous long-term operation at 250°C, as well as short-term operation for up to 30 minutes even under extreme conditions of 1000°C), while also offering high current-carrying capacity, a small outer diameter, superior mechanical strength, and an extended service life—making it generally unnecessary to use separate grounding conductors.

    Applications of BTTZ cables:
Widely used in hazardous, harsh, and high-temperature environments such as high-rise buildings, nuclear power plants, metallurgy facilities, chemical plants, mines, and kilns. In recent years, it has also been increasingly applied in high-rise buildings, airports, ports, and subway systems—to ensure the continuous operation of critical fire protection equipment and systems during emergencies, including fire pumps, fire elevators, local lighting, emergency evacuation signage, security surveillance, smoke control and exhaust systems, and backup power supplies.
